I loved my NY experience here. I was put on the top floor which was scary but exciting. The best part was they let me check in when I arrived rather then wait with all my luggage. The staff are very friendly.

"The toilet seat in the bathroom was the height of a toddler seat. Extremely uncomfortable and difficult to use. It is not a normal toilet for adults and should be changed. otherwise, the room was dowdy, but comfortable enough."
